Section 1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ddwin app platform, including the website, mobile application, and all services provided by ddwin app ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to use the Platform. ddwin app reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law and any disputes shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.

Section 2 Eligibility and Membership Requirements

Use of the ddwin app Platform is limited to individuals who meet the following conditions:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration
• Valid Malaysian citizen or permanent resident
• Not prohibited by any local laws or regulations from participating in online entertainment activities
• Has never been banned or had an account suspended by ddwin app previously due to fraud or terms violation
• Register with accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information

Ddwin app reserves the right to request document verification at any time to confirm your eligibility. A KYC (Know Your Customer) process may be required before withdrawals are processed, including submission of a copy of your identification card and proof of residential address.

Section 3 Account Registration and Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at ddwin app at any one time. Multiple account registrations — whether using the same name, phone number, email address, IP address, or device — are strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate information including your full name as per your identification card, an active Malaysia mobile number, and a valid email address. This information is used for identity verification and account-related communications.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. ddwin app will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

• Use a strong and unique password for your ddwin app account
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members
• Log out of your account after every session on a shared device
• Contact customer support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account

Section 4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

Ddwin app accepts deposits via approved payment methods including local bank transfers, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed instantly or within no more than 10 minutes depending on the chosen method.

The minimum deposit limit is RM 20 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is set for regular members, while VIP members enjoy higher limits based on their membership tier.

Fund withdrawals will be processed within 5 to 15 minutes after the application is approved. The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 30 per transaction. The first withdrawal for each payment method may require additional verification to ensure transaction security.

• All withdrawals must be made to an account or digital wallet registered in your own name
• Ddwin app reserves the right to request supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits
• Withdrawals will not be processed if there are any unresolved security checks
• Deposited funds must be played through at least once before they are eligible for withdrawal

Section 5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

Ddwin app offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotion page. Those promotion-specific terms form part of these Terms and carry the same legal effect.

Welcome bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.

• Bonuses may only be used for entertainment purposes within the ddwin app platform
• Each promotion has a clearly stated expiry period
• Ddwin app reserves the right to void bonuses if there are signs of abuse or system manipulation
• Using more than one account to claim bonuses is prohibited and will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and possible account closure
• Some games may not count or may only partially count towards bonus wagering requirements

Ddwin app reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to members. ddwin app's decisions on all matters relating to bonuses are final.

Section 6 Game Rules and Player Conduct

All games offered on ddwin app use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently audited by third parties to ensure fairness and transparency in every round. Game results are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of confirmed technical failure.

Players are prohibited from using any automated software, bots, scripts, or unauthorized methods to play games on the Platform. Any attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems constitutes a serious violation and may result in legal action.

• Players must treat other players and support staff with respect
• Offensive language, threats, or harassment will not be tolerated across any communication channel
• Any attempt to collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location may result in account suspension

In the event of a technical failure during a game session, ddwin app reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered funds to the player's account. ddwin app is not responsible for any loss of internet connection on the player's end during a gaming session.

Section 7 Account Security and Data Protection

Ddwin app uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Your personal information is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or for identity verification purposes.

Section 8 Account Closure and Suspension

Ddwin app reserves the right to suspend or close any account immediately without prior notice if:

• There is evidence of fraud, identity falsification, or illegal activity
• Account used by an individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements
• The player violates any of the terms stated in this document
• There is suspicious activity or conduct inconsistent with responsible gaming policies
• Instructions from relevant authorities or law enforcement bodies

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, ddwin app shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Ddwin app's aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount of actual deposits you have made to the Platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.

Section 10 Amendment of Terms and Applicable Law

Ddwin app reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via in-platform notifications or by email to the address registered on your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through appropriate arbitration or courts in Malaysia.
